Simina chose to pursue a profession whose training offers her the knowledge on how to optimize the regenerative functions of the body. Her active lifestyle frequently led her to the Emergency Room, leaving with gratitude for the acute care provided, yet displeased by the lack of instruction on how to win back her health.

Pursuing her undergraduate studies in Neuroscience and graduate studies in Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia, she became proficient in a myriad of rehabilitation treatments. She experienced firsthand the health potential available within rehabilitative treatment after sustaining a fracture during a competitive game of volleyball in the 2nd year of her Master’s. Upon successful completion of her studies (and her own rehabilitation), Simina was employed for several years within the main hospitals and rehabilitation centers of Vancouver, where her expertise in musculoskeletal and neurological treatments advanced.

As a direct result of her experience, she’s gained the capacity to employ both a focused and wholistic mindset, and with a gentle, yet effective approach, she feels inspired to assist those who are wanting to actively participate in advancing the state of their health – for relief, vitality and freedom of movement to be their reality.

Always learning, she is harnessing her skill set by gravitating closer towards her Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Degree completion.

Chris is a rockstar! By far the most engaged and knowledgeable physiotherapist I’ve ever been to, and there have been a few. Highly recommend seeing Chris if you’re looking for a physio!

October 14 2025 I came in for the very first facial muscle retraining after unfortunately having Bell’s palsy since March 2025. I am very grateful meeting Christina who helping me with the training. Christina is very nice, very patience showing me the massages I need to do to regain moving those tight muscles. I am so glad I have Christina to train me with these massages. Thank you Christina. I will keep working on those exercises (home work) & I will see you again next month. Greatly appreciated! Victoria.
